Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Naan bread (4 inch wide)
  • 2 Tbsp pesto
  • 1/2 c fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 36 thin slices of tomato (roma)
  • 10 pepperonis
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Prepare any toppings that you want. We usually put on torn or cut up pieces of fresh mozzarella cheese. It is usually 1 1/2-2 of the thick slices of cheese per naan. Cut tomatoes, prep any meats you want.
  • On baking sheet (lined or unlined with parchment paper), put how many naan breads you are making.
  • Per naan – add approximately 1 Tbsp pesto sauce (or pizza marinara sauce) and spread to cover naan. Add a few slices of tomato. Top with torn or cut up mozzarella cheese and pepperoni or whatever meats you want. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to top and a little Italian seasoning.
  • Bake in over for 8-10 minutes and then turn on your oven to broil. Broil for a few minutes to toast the top of them. Keep a watch so they do not burn.
