Overnight Sticky Buns

Ingredients
- 12 frozen Rhodes rolls (or use 1 loaf frozen bread cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 c butter
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 1/2 packet of small instant butterscotch pudding (dry)
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c raisins (optional)
- 1/2 c chopped nuts (we used candied pecans – optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a small sauce pan until bubbly.
- In a bundt cake pan – place 12 rolls on bottom of pan.
- Pour evenly over frozen rolls – making sure they are all covered with sauce.
- Sprinkle dry pudding mix over sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle raisins and nuts (both optional) if desired.
- Place in your oven overnight to rise.
- In the morning (or after 8 hours rise time) – preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip pan over to serving plate – letting the caramel sauce drip out & enjoy!
