- Yield: 6 sliders 1x
- Category: Appetizer
Ingredients
Deviled Egg
- 6 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1–2 dashes Tabasco sauce, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sweet pickle juice
- paprika, for garnish
Mini Burger
- 1/2 lb hamburger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- Toppings for burger: we did bacon bits & shredded cheese
Instructions
- Halve eggs lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks.
- Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in all other ingredients and mix well.
- Put mixture into ziploc bag (to pipe into whites) and place into the refrigerator until ready to assemble.
- Put into a bowl you hamburger and all ingredients.
- Mix well. Form into small burger patties – about 2 Tbsp of your meat mixture per patty.
- On stovetop, cook and brown your burgers in a skillet. Cook fully through. Place on paper towel to drain and prepare to assemble your sliders.
- Snip corner of your ziploc bag with your egg yolk mixture. Pipe in yolk mixture, squeezing it into two egg whites. (One will be the “top” and one will be your “bottom”.)
- Place a cooked burger patty on top of one of your filled egg whites and top with the other filled egg white so you have created your slider.
- Sprinkle with paprika, if desired & enjoy!
Notes
- Use any cheese you like on your burger – we even topped with some bacon bits we had.
