- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp green onions, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp chives, finely minced
- 1 tsp Ranch seasoning (dressing mix)
- cooked & crumbled bacon bits (2-3 slices of bacon)
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Crisp Hashbrowns: Air fry your hashbrown patties at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Melt Cheese: Carefully top the hot hashbrowns with shredded cheese and return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
