Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients
First Half
- 2 cups frozen strawberries/raspberries
- 2/3 cup raspberry sorbetto
- 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup orange mango juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
Second Half
- 2 cups frozen mango/pineapple
- 2/3 cup mango sorbetto
- 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup orange mango juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
Other Ingredient
- 1/3–1/2 cup coconut yogurt (optional – used to add swirls on/in cup)
Instructions
- Prepare First Layer: In your blender, combine the “first half” ingredients: 2 cups frozen strawberries/raspberries, 2/3 cup raspberry sorbetto, 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup orange mango juice, and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend until completely smooth and you reach your desired consistency.
- Chill First Layer: Pour this first mixture into a large cup and place it in the refrigerator while you prepare the second layer.
- Clean Blender: Rinse out your blender thoroughly to remove any residue from the first half.
- Prepare Second Layer: Add the “second half” ingredients to the clean blender: 2 cups frozen mango/pineapple, 2/3 cup mango sorbetto, 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup orange mango juice, and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend until smooth and it reaches your desired consistency.
- Swirl Cups (Optional): If desired, use a spoon to swirl 1/3 to 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt around the inside of your serving cups.
- Layer Smoothie: Pour the “first half” mixture into each cup, filling it just over 1/3 of the way.
- Add Second Layer: Carefully pour the “second half” mixture into the cup until it is about 2/3 full.
- Top Off: Finish by pouring the remaining “first half” mixture to fill the cup to the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
