Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 bag of Golden Crisp Crowns (hashbrown crowns)
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • seasoning of choice
  • 79 slices of cheese, cut into small squares to put on top of your burgers (about 1 inch x 1 inch)
  • pickle chips
  • sauce of your choice
  • toothpicks

Instructions

  • Cook your hashbrown crowns according to package directions.
  • Roll our between parchment paper your thawed hamburger to about 1/4-1/2 inch thick to approximately the size of a 9×9 inch square.  Season well with your choice of seasoning.
  • Cut into smaller squares about an inch by an inch (keeping in mind these will shrink when cooked).
  • On stove top pan, heat to medium high and cook your mini burgers until browned.
  • Once flipped and almost fully cooked, add cut cheese to top your little burgers.  Let melt & assemble.
  • Assemble: Place one hash brown crown on bottom.  Add sauce of choice and then top with a mini cheese burger.  Add pickle chip and then top with another crown that has sauce on it.
  • Stick through with toothpick to keep together and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add whatever toppings you enjoy: lettuce pieces, condiments you love, etc.

    How do you make them ahead of time?

      We normally make them just before serving and then keep them warm (they usually don’t last too long).
