Cream Ingredients:

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp strawberry jam
1/2 tsp vanilla

Smoothie Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups frozen sliced strawberries
1 cup milk, any milk will work
1/2 tsp vanilla
7 vanilla wafers, if using mini wafers use 3 mini wafers per regular wafer
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup strawberry jam

Toppings (optional):

Strawberry whipped cream – optional, see instructions below
Chopped fresh strawberries – optional
Crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions

1 – Make your cream: In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1 Tbsp strawberry jam with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk or beat with a mixer on medium until soft peaks form. Transfer to the fridge until ready to use.

2 – Make your smoothie: In a blender combine frozen strawberries, milk, vanilla, vanilla wafers, rolled oats and strawberry jam. Cover and blend until smooth. Swipe the inside of your glasses with strawberry jam. Transfer the smoothie into either one large or 2 glasses. Garnish with Strawberry whipped Cream, chopped fresh strawberries and either whole vanilla wafers or crushed wafers.
