Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Place the first five ingredients (everything but the ice cream) into a blender; cover and process on high speed until smooth.
  • Add the ice cream and process until blended.
  • Pour into chilled glasses & serve immediately.

Notes

  • I found this recipe from a OLD recipe book that was copied.  I have scoured the internet to find where it came from without success – so if you know where it came from – let me know so I can give the creator credit.  Until then…. it is SO GOOD!  You’re going to LOVE it!

    I’m going to try this with pineapple, then substitute pineapple for mango and see if that’s any good.
