Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 C bacon, cooked & chopped
  • 2 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients above and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Wrap in saran wrap & form into a ball. Chill until just before serving.
  • If desired, chop nuts (we used walnuts) and roll ball in them to coat the cheese ball.
  • Serve with crackers, naan, chips, pretzels. Keep refrigerated.

Notes

  • So many varieties of this – add or subtract ingredients/spices for different flavors as you’d like!
