Ingredients

- 1 C bacon, cooked & chopped
- 2 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients above and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Wrap in saran wrap & form into a ball. Chill until just before serving.
- If desired, chop nuts (we used walnuts) and roll ball in them to coat the cheese ball.
- Serve with crackers, naan, chips, pretzels. Keep refrigerated.
Notes
- So many varieties of this – add or subtract ingredients/spices for different flavors as you’d like!
