Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp capers, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 of a small lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp horseradish, optional, for a kick
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, Season with sat and pepper, to taste.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Serve with fish and chips, crab cakes or salmon!

Great sauce that works well with most fish!
