Ingredients
Garlic Butter
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
For Assembly
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz pepperoni
- Italian seasoning
Instructions

Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano. Set aside.

Prepare Dough:
- Divide the dough into equal pieces, about the size of a ping pong ball or slightly smaller.
- Brush each cup of a cupcake tin with garlic butter.
- Place a dough ball in each buttered cup.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Shape and Fill: Gently punch down the center of each dough ball and press the edges up to form a cup shape. Brush the inside of each cup with more garlic butter.
- Add marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, two pieces of pepperoni, more marinara sauce, and one more piece of pepperoni to each cup.
- Top with additional mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with ranch dressing.
