  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
  • 3 jalapenos, deseeded & finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 8 pieces of bacon, cooked & diced
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/41/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Simply combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Serve this delicious salad over lettuce, in a wrap, on toasted bread, or with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For convenience and flavor, we love using shredded rotisserie chicken, but any cooked, diced, or shredded chicken will work great.
  • No Greek yogurt? Sour cream makes an excellent substitute in the dressing.
  • For an extra kick, leave the seeds in one or two of the jalapeños before dicing.
