If you haven’t seen the “chopped” craze, get ready for a game-changer. We’re taking all the best parts of a loaded Italian sub – savory meats, zesty cheeses, crisp veggies, and a killer dressing – and chopping them all up into tiny, perfect bites. Then, we wrap it all up for a portable, flavor-packed experience that’s absolutely irresistible. Every single bite is guaranteed to be a little explosion of Italian deli deliciousness!

This recipe is seriously easy, super satisfying, and ridiculously customizable. It’s perfect for a quick lunch, a picnic, or even a fun, light dinner.

A massive thank you and shout-out to the incredible Natasha Greene @natashagreene for inspiring this absolute masterpiece! Her creativity is truly next level, and this wrap is a testament to brilliant food ideas.

  • Fill & Roll: Evenly distribute the chopped filling onto your chosen wrap(s). Tightly roll the wrap(s) to secure the filling.  Use parchment paper to wrap it in if needed.
