Ingredients
- 1 burrito sized wrap (or 2 normal tortilla size)
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 4 slices red onion
- 4 thin slices of salami
- 4 thin slices of ham
- 6–8 pepperoni
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- banana peppers to taste
- jalapeno to taste
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Chop Ingredients: Lay out all your ingredients on a large cutting board. Using a chef’s knife or a mezzaluna, begin chopping everything together. Continue chopping until all ingredients are finely diced and uniformly combined, achieving a texture similar to a chopped salad.
- Fill & Roll: Evenly distribute the chopped filling onto your chosen wrap(s). Tightly roll the wrap(s) to secure the filling. Use parchment paper to wrap it in if needed.
