Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 1/2 ounces tart cherry juice (5 Tbsp)
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp simple syrup or honey
  • 3/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 Tbsp cherry jam
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or coconut sherbet
  • whipped topping & cherry (optional)

Instructions

  • To a glass add the cherry jam to the bottom and smear it around using a spoon.
  • To the top of the jam add the sherbet.
  • In a blender, add everything else (except the optional whipped topping & cherry) and blend for 10-15 seconds.
  • Pour the cherry slush over the sorbet and top with whipped topping & a cherry.
