Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz) box cheesecake instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 4 cups strawberries, washed & chopped into smaller pieces (reserve some for topping)
- 2 cups blueberries, washed (reserve some for topping)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows (reserve some for topping)
- Optional: 3 cups cheesecake bites (a few slices, chopped into bite size bits)
Instructions
- Thicken Pudding: Whisk milk and instant cheesecake pudding in a large bowl, ensuring no lumps. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Whip Cream: Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Mix Fluff Base: Incorporate softened cream cheese into the thickened pudding. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Fold in Goodies: Wash and dry berries, slicing strawberries as needed. Fold the prepared berries and mini marshmallows into the creamy mixture.
- Add Cheesecake Bites (Optional): If desired, fold in the cheesecake bites now.
- Garnish & Present: Transfer the fluff to your serving bowl. Top with any reserved berries and marshmallows for garnish.
