Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla bean ice cream
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2–3/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and/or crushed freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the first four ingredients (through vanilla) and enough heavy cream to reach desired consistency.
- Cover and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape sides of blender as needed.
- Pour smoothie into two glasses. If you like, top with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and/or crushed freeze-dried raspberries.
