Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (8oz) tub whipped topping (or 3 cups homemade whipped cream)
  • 1 (7oz) jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • Fruit for dipping

Instructions

  • Cream the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.

  • Add Sweetener: Gradually add the powdered sugar to the creamed mixture. Continue mixing, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until the sugar is fully incorporated and the dip is smooth again.

  • Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream) until the dip is uniformly smooth and airy. Avoid overmixing.

  • Serve & Store: Transfer the finished fruit dip to your serving bowl. Arrange a colorful assortment of fresh fruit, pound cake cubes, cookie bites, or other dippables around it. If you have any leftovers, cover tightly and store in the refrigerator.
