Ingredients

Units Scale

Peach Topping

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 oz peach jello
  • 46 cups sliced (or diced) peaches

Crust

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 Tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted

Cream Cheese layer

  • 28 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 116 oz container of Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Peach layer

  • On the stovetop, add your water, sugar and cornstarch and bring to a boil.  Add in your peach jello mix and stir until dissolved.  Take off stove and let cool, stirring occasionally.
  • This will start to thicken – be sure to stir occasionally.  Let it cool and add in your sliced/diced peaches.

Crust

  • Add your melted butter to a bowl that has your graham crackers and powdered sugar.  Stir until well combined.
  • Press 2/3 of this mixture to a 9×13 pan.  Evenly coating the bottom and press well together.

Cream Cheese layer

  • In another bowl, combine your cream cheese & powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in your Cool Whip and beat again until smooth, scraping down the sides of your bowl at times.

Putting together

  • After your graham cracker crust is added to the 9×13 pan – top with dollops of your cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture and spread evenly.
  • Top with your jello/peach mixture and again, spread evenly.
  • Top jello mixture with last 1/3 graham crackers that you reserved and spread evenly before serving. Refrigerate for about 5 hours to fully set.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
