Ingredients

  • Skinned, frozen peaches
  • whipped cream
  • zest of a lime
  • honey

Instructions

  • Prior to making it (at least 1 day in advance), remove the skins of your peach(es) and put in the freezer at least over night.
  • In a cup/bowl – add in as much heavy whipped cream as you’d like.  We put about 1/4 cup in ours.
  • Shave with a grater your frozen peach – as much as you’d like.  Ours was just over 1 cup worth of frozen shaved peach.
  • Drizzle with honey (ours was about 1/2 Tablespoon worth).
  • Top with grated lime zest (for contrast of flavor).  Eat & enjoy!

Notes

  • We have a tip/trick on how to easily remove peach skins – check that out if you are doing a lot of these!
