Spiced Apple Dutch Baby
Get ready for our Spiced Apple Dutch Baby—the easiest way to start any cozy weekend!
This isn’t your average pancake; it’s a stunning, single-serving masterpiece. It starts with a simple blender batter that, when baked in a screaming hot pan, transforms into a giant, golden, puffy bowl of perfection—crispy on the edges and beautifully tender in the center.
But the real magic is the filling! We take fresh apples and caramelize them with warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, creating a sweet, gooey foundation inside that dramatic puff. It’s the perfect, cozy blend of a fluffy pancake and a warm apple dessert.
We found the inspiration for this incredibly comforting and visually stunning breakfast in a classic Better Homes & Garden’s magazine—they truly know how to elevate a dish!
Skip the fussy flips and make this Dutch baby your new go-to for weekend brunch. Trust me, the “wow” factor is huge!
