Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, sliced & frozen (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 – 1 cup milk (reduced fat or any kind)
- 1 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
- 2–3 Tbsp raspberry jam (or your favorite flavor jam)
Instructions
- Peanut Butter Base: In a blender, combine bananas, peanut butter, and ½ cup milk. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed and adding more milk to reach desired consistency.
- Raspberry Swirl: In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt and 2 tablespoons of jam. Add more jam to taste.
- Assemble: Optionally, smear or drizzle extra peanut butter and/or jam inside two glasses. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the glasses, then top with the raspberry mixture. Garnish with fresh raspberries, if desired.
Notes
- Use any flavor jam you’d prefer. Have fun mixing layers if you’d like: we did lower PB layer, then Jam layer and topped with PB layer.
