Ingredients
- 2–2 1/2 cups wheat, soaked overnight
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 eggs

- After soaking wheat overnight, rinse & put in blender.
