Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 22 1/2 cups wheat, soaked overnight
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • After soaking wheat overnight, rinse & put in blender.
  • Add all other ingredients & blend until smooth.
  • Pour onto hot greased griddle.
