Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- OPTIONAL: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- apples (or any fruit you’d like) cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except fruit you will use to dip).
- Beat with an electric mixer until well combined and smooth.
- Serve immediately with apples/cut fruit or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. (Recommend making this ahead of time and letting it settle in refrigerator.)
Notes
- For a thinner dip, add more milk.
- Experiment with different flavors by adding a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger.
- This dip becomes even richer and smoother after chilling in the refrigerator- we like it better the next day!
